Privacy policy
This policy explains how True Lead Lord ("we", "us") handles personal data on the local service websites we operate and on trueleadlord.com. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Enquiries you send through a form on one of our websites: your name, phone number, city or locality, and your message.
- Phone calls to numbers shown on our websites: the calling number, date, time and duration of the call. Calls are recorded only where the website says so before the call connects.
- Businesses we work with: contact name, business name, phone, email, address and GSTIN, for referrals and invoicing.
- Technical data needed to run and protect the websites, such as IP address and browser details in server and security logs. Our websites do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To pass your enquiry or call to an independent local business that provides the service you asked about, so they can contact you.
- To notify that business and us that an enquiry arrived.
- To prevent spam and abuse of our forms.
- To invoice the businesses we work with and keep records required by law.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry details are shared with the local business the enquiry is referred to. We do not sell personal data.
We use service providers who process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting, security and spam checks), Brevo (service emails), our server host, and, where phone numbers are used, our telephony provider. They may process data outside India under their own safeguards.
Google data
Our internal tools connect to Google Search Console and Google Ads (Keyword Planner) only for websites and accounts owned by True Lead Lord. Data received from Google APIs is used only to measure and plan our own websites, is not shared with third parties, is not used for advertising, and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and call contact details are kept for up to 12 months and then anonymised. Invoices and business records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
Our websites are not meant for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
